Return/Exchange Policy

NO RETURN ON FRAGRANCES – EXCHANGE ONLY

You may return any unopened product in its original condition including original packaging and packaging slip within 15 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.

In order to return merchandise, you must contact us for authorization to return. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to send the merchandise back to us. Returns received without the RMA will be sent back to the customer, no exceptions. Your refund will not include shipping charges that you may incur when sending merchandise back to us. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The merchandise will be inspected upon receipt. All the returns must be in the condition you received them, unopened and in the original box and/or packaging (including invoice) for full credit to be issued. No credit or exchange will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer.

Any shipping charges you incur to return the merchandise to us will not be refunded.

If your package is returned to hallidayfashion.com marked as “refused”, “unclaimed”, or “undelivered”, and you would like to have it re-shipped we will have to charge a re-shipping fee.

All returns must be shipped back to hallidayfashion.com using a traceable courier (FedEx, UPS, USPS). Please allow up to 14 business days to process your returns or exchange.

Once we have received your return, we will refund your credit card and send you an email stating that your return is completed.

EXCHANGES

You can exchange your products and/or fragrances for up to 15 days from the purchase date. All product exchange should include original invoice.

The product will be inspected upon receipt. All exchanges must be in resalable condition and all original packaging including invoice must be in place. No exchanges will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Exchange will be shipped to you as soon as we receive original order.
